This is my family’s favorite place for a getaway-we’ve stayed here several times in the past few years. We love to spend hours every day in the beautiful pool. When the kids get tired of swimming, they like to play on the putting green or use the neighborhood playground, basketball and tennis courts. Both the house and neighborhood are very safe, quiet and kid-friendly. Our dog also really loves the yard and taking walks in the neighborhood. The kitchen and outdoor grill have everything we need to make great meals. We also love hanging out by the fire pit or in the hot tub at night.
We celebrated my daughter’s 40th birthday here, and it was the perfect place for a group gathering. My daughter especially loved all the amazing restaurants and shops nearby. The set up was ideal for cooking and enjoying meals with our big group. This was the perfect place for our family members of all ages with something to do for everyone. The house and yard were both extremely spacious and accommodated everyone perfectly.
I love this place! I stayed here while working remotely, and it has high speed internet and multiple different comfortable places to work. There’s a desk in the main bedroom, plus a workspace in the casita if you need maximum peace and quiet. Nothing beats sitting outside in the beautiful weather while listening to the sounds of the fountain to help make the workday go faster. There’s so much fun stuff to do nearby! I took the tram to the top of the mountain, visited the Palm Springs Art Museum on a “free museum Thursday”, did a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park, checked out the Living Desert in Palm Desert and visited the Annenburg Estate and Gardens in Rancho Mirage.
I stayed here while recovering from surgery, and this place was extremely easy to get around, since it is all on one level with no steps. It was a beautiful place to rest and recuperate, especially while escaping the gloomy Seattle weather. The saltwater pool and hot tub also really helped with my rehab. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house was very quiet and peaceful, so I was able to sleep well here. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing, healing place to stay.
We stayed at the Tropical Villa Palm Springs in November for Palm Springs Pride and had a fabulous time. The house was a 10-minute Uber from all the action on Arenas and it was a great home base. We used the tennis courts in the neighborhood almost every day and absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. The weather in November was also gorgeous-such a wonderful time to enjoy the desert without as many crowds!
I rented this house while my home was being renovated. I couldn’t have been happier staying in this home away from home. I needed a pet-friendly spot with a well-stocked kitchen because I love to cook. It had everything I needed to be very comfortable for a long-term stay and made the renovation process so much less painful! I didn’t want to leave-the pool and hot tub were a dream, and the beautiful, private backyard was incredible.
